COVID-19 Response

Please be assured that everyone is doing their part to help contain the spread of COVID-19, while at the same time trying to offer services to those in greatest need. We have isolated our men, disinfected the building and educated staff during this past week.  Our focus now is going forward in a safe and responsible way. Serving families in crisis is our primary function, however, we still need to do our part in stopping this virus. Along with other officials and agency leaders, we have committed to assist with "emergency" referrals as possible. We will do this by appointments and out of an abundance of caution for staff and clients, we will service 'out the door'. Keeping in mind the distancing that needs to take place, we will bring the items (emergency only) to the dock, to serve them. We realize this may be an inconvenience for some, but we feel this is the best way to help who we can, while we are helping the many by not contributing to the spread of COVID-19. We are very appreciative of all the work that ministries like Angelic are doing to be responsible, but yet doing our best to meet the needs of those around us. Emergency Service Referring Protocol

Referring Agency:

  1. Fax or email referral for client ( Please include copy of client ID)
  2. Call or email to set up appointment time . (Monday- Wednesday 8:00 AM. Last numbers taken at 9:00 AM)

Referred Client:

  1. Pull up to loading platform on the Oklahoma Street Entrance.
  2. Ring the intercom for service
  3. Speak clearly into the speaker stating:
  • Your name
  • Your referring agency or entity

(Please do not attempt to come in the building )

Our staff will bring the items to the dock for you to load in your vehicle

Please note: We are praying for all of you. We appreciate the ones who are serving as referring agencies as well as those you are referring to us.

Items for Emergency Service

Emergency referral items include:

  • 1 change of clothes
  • 1 pr. Shoes w/socks
  • Hygiene bag
  • Non perishable food as available
  • 1 roll toilet paper per household per supply
  • Beds and linens
  • Towels / Wash cloths
  • Dish box
